Visiteur Project

I have long been a great admirer of the french furniture designer and architect Jaen Prouve, whose legendary body of work is very unique. A couple of years ago I set out to replicate one of his most famous chairs "the Visiteur Chair".  It has proven to be quite a challenge with some interesting new skills that had to be acquired along the way. However my determination has come to fruition and I have completed the project. Prouve was a prolific pioneer, regarded as a highly skilled engineer as well as a unique designer, his work is highly sought after and not just in France.
